Our stay at Village Lake Apartments was incredibly luxurious and comfortable. The two-bedroom apartment was beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and a shower with excellent water pressure. It was just a short stroll to the town and cafes, making it a convenient and enjoyable location. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway.

Just a little pricey but Hamner is a very touristy place.

Excellent location, large and clean apartment, provided pool towels, luxurious and cozy atmosphere, comfortable and warm beds, spacious living area with a great view.

I enjoyed the comfy apartments with plenty of space and sky television to watch world cup rugby while the children have plenty of things to do in Hamner. I enjoy the walks around the park-like grounds and the fact that the mature trees in the reserves are being looked after by the council. The apartment is in the middle of a pretty environment.

Price was expensive.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a friendly and most obliging host who went out of his way to explain things and show us around our room. The room was so nice and had all the little touches one would see at home. We wished we had stayed for longer and will definately bring our children next time. We will be recommending this establishment as the place to stay for anyone travelling to Hanmer Springs.

The location was fantastic, close to everything we did including the township and some great walking tracks. The room was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The views were beautiful and the beds comfortable.

There were a few issues with the room such as the light fittings and radio not working. for the price we paid we expected more attention to detail and better maintenance.

Just a minor hassle and it wouldn't make me not want to stay, but there can be a lack of parking in allocated bays. Car bays should be allocated to each apartment (and numbered) to match the apartment number. As they are apartments if more than one "couple" have booked an apartment and both couples arrive in separate cars and park in the complex, no other spaces are available and you need to park on the street.

The apartment's location was great, as it was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The apartment was well furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The views from the apartment were also quite impressive.

The WiFi was not reliable, which was frustrating because we were unable to do any work or even just browse the internet. the television did not work well, and the picture quality was poor.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street and local hot pools. The apartment was spacious and modern, with great amenities such as a well-equipped kitchen and ample beach towels. We especially enjoyed the view of the nearby lake and the private, peaceful atmosphere.

The lack of air conditioning in the apartment, which made us feel uncomfortably hot at times. We slept poorly as a result, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall quality of our stay.

loved this place. felt at home instantly. comfy everything - couches, beds etc. great modern kitchen, bifold doors. amazing outlook. wish it had been snowing so we could've hunkered down. made me want to come back in winter.

We had a wonderful stay at Village Lake Apartments for 3 nights. The accommodation was beautifully cared for and clean, with tasteful decor. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we appreciated the spaciousness of the 3BR apartment. The view from the balcony was stunning and we loved soaking up the afternoon sun. The staff were friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain everything. Having pool towels available at reception was a nice touch. a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend!

This hotel offers luxurious and exclusive amenities. The spacious room was neat, very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The comfortable bed and nice linen made us feel at home. We appreciated the TV set up with Netflix and access to the internet. We enjoyed the excellent service provided by the staff. The venue was located in a good spot and we enjoyed exploring the lovely garden area. We will definitely come back!

We found the lighting a bit dim. However, this minor issue did not take away from our pleasant experience at this hotel.

Clean and well-maintained facilities; walking distance to everything in the city, including amazing restaurants; cozy and warm with underfloor heating and gas fireplace; comfortable and luxurious beds; plenty of towels provided for the hot springs.

Our first visit to Hanmer Springs was made even more memorable by our stay at Village Lake Apartments. The 3BR apartment was spacious and beautifully presented, with a stunning balcony view that soaked up the afternoon sun. The staff went above and beyond, providing helpful explanations and even offering pool towels at reception. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to everything in town. We stayed in a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment that was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. We would definitely return for another stay at Village Lake Apartments.
